Helena is one of my very favorite kids at the Kilimanjaro Orphanage Centre - just look at this gorgeous face (and the inner soul is even more beautiful). She wants to be a nurse. She is one of the children I strive to help! Thank you Lazaro Edward for allowing this amazing child to be in my life.
